2019 Fridge was freezing everything, even on the lowest setting. Travis with Horizon came out and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, then came back and installed it. The tenant felt the problem was not solved. Travis came back and discovered that the fridge was just overstuffed, preventing proper air flow within it and causing some freezing near the condenser. He did not charge for the return visit even though it turned out to be user error and the problem actually had been correctly diagnosed and resolved initially. 5/5, will call Horizon the next time we have appliance trouble

When I had sent in an email to request for service, Travis contacted me almost immediately to find out exactly what was going on and to to set up an appointment -they were able to come take a look at our fridge within the first couple of days (they probably could’ve come sooner if I had asked), but they worked with our schedule. They came out and assessed the problem quickly. He was super friendly , gave us a quote that was very straightforward, and now our fridge is like brand new!!! They were affordable, friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them in the future for our other appliances or other services like HVAC and such- absolutely outstanding service!!
